Vanessa D. Nelson Warren 

 Vanessa D. Warren, 45, of 343 Windsor St., Reading, Pa., passed away Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000, at the Reading Hospital. She was born in Winston-Salem Feb. 15, 1955, to Carrie Torrance Richardson and Willie James Nelson, both of Winston-Salem.

In '75 she married Shawn Anthony Martin In '78 she married Benny Lee Warren 

She was employed as a food-service dietician at the Old Community General Hospital and was last employed with the Highlands in Wyomissing, Pa., and the Sterling Hotel in Reading, Pa. Vanessa is survived by her two sons, Tierre D. Warren of Ft. Campbell, Ky., and Benny A. Warren of Reading, Pa; three grandsons, Davevon Lewis, Christopher M. Warren and Jamon A. Warren; a granddaughter, Kiara M. Estright; three sisters, Belinda (Belton) Willis, Priscilla (Timothy) Holly and Tania (Willie) Patterson, all of Winston-Salem; three brothers, Sherwood Nelson of W. Columbia, S.C., Anthony Nelson of Harmony and Roger Nelson of Winston-Salem; three aunts; three uncles; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends; and two spiritual sisters, Ida Williams and Earline Bradley
