Marilyn passed away Jan. 23, 2025. She had been in a state of decline for 18+ months. She lived her life in pursuit of knowledge and often shared her unique perspective on any subject imaginable.
Marilyn and I were good friends even after high school. She was fun loving and compassionate. She had a great laugh which we did alot. Luckily, she met me in Raleigh for lunch a few years ago and we had a chance to catch up. Her health was declining then. God bless you my old friend will never forget you.
Time passes so quickly! I will forever remember Marilyn at the football games twirling a baton! She was lovely with a winning personality! Prayers for her family!
