Deborah Sadler James October 15, 2014 Mrs. Deborah Sadler James, 61, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was a retired employee of the City of Winston-Salem and a member of the Macedonia Worship Center. She was also a member of Order Eastern Star #530 Sister of Bivouac. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 32 years Levonzy (Cigar) James, Sr. Four sons Elliott James, Levonzy James Jr., Alcoda Miller and Travis (Faionnee) Rice. One brother Ronald (Pauline) Sadler. A devoted nephew Aaron Sadler. A devoted friend Venessa Lyerly and a host of other relatives and friends.
